Steps Require Control of the U. S. House and U. S. Senate
Vote for Democrats to remove legislative obstruction and to delete Citizens United (that allows GOP to direct $B into elections).
Erosion of worker bargaining power and collective bargaining led to wage suppression and deterioration of labor’s share of income. Legislative efforts were thwarted by organized business that vigorously opposed and, through a filibuster by a minority of senators, defeated all attempts at legislative reform. Union coverage severely declined in utilities, transportation, construction, mining, and communications, grocery stores, bus transportation, newspapers, metal ore mining, and building services. Comprehensive reform of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) recently passed the U.S. House of Representatives.11/18/2020
