Rise of Undercurrents of Fascism Everywhere
On 7 March 2024, in his 2024 State of the Union Address, American President Joe Biden compared Russia under Vladimir Putin to Adolf Hitler’s conquests of Europe. Russia, like Hitler, is fascist.
Fascism is recognized by these features: Building authoritarian dictatorship. Powerful/continuing expressions of attachment to cause/person.
Disdain for human rights. Identification of enemies/scapegoats as a unifying cause.
Willingness to use violence and war against opposition (massacres, forced sterilizations, deportations, & genocides).
Rampant sexism, child abuse, machismo. A controlled mass media.
Obsession with secrecy and security; but may temporarily align with far-right conservatives, rampant evangelicals, and violent terrorists.
Fascism represents a desperate attempt of a capitalist oligarchy, to preserve its grip on power as poorer workers rise in status and wealth. Oligarchs and big business fund fascists’ political power. Once in power, fascists serve the interests of their benefactors.

People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) "people's democratic dictatorship" are fascist. China is a one-party state governed by the CCP with a total monopoly of political power.
Putin's Russia "is not equivalent to the fascist regimes of World War II, but it forms the nearest analogue to fascism found in a major country since that time", Stanley G. Payne, historian.

Dugin, adviser on Putin (Russian) geopolitics, "urged that Dugin's geopolitical doctrine be made a compulsory part of Russian school curriculum", including:
"introduce geopolitical disorder into internal American activity, encouraging all kinds of separatism and ethnic, social, and racial conflicts, actively supporting all dissident movements – extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, to fuel instability and separatism, destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S. … and simultaneously to support isolationist tendencies in American politics”.
Putin has experience transferring national wealth to wealthy oligarchs in Russia. He raised heavy new taxes, sharply cut back on government subsidies to industry and construction, and made massive cuts in state welfare spending. By mid-1993 between 39% and 49% of the Russian population was living in poverty.[10] Over a decade, 8 million Russians died. Only ~25% of Russians have indoor plumbing. Alcohol-related deaths skyrocketed 60% in the 1990s. Life expectancy dropped for men from 64 years in 1990 to 57 years by 1994. Per capita incomes fell by another 15% by 1998. Now Putin is doing it to Americans.
By encouraging radical GOP to eliminate U. S. national programs like health insurance, ACA, Social Security, and Medicare, Russians are setting America up for failure like Russia. Americans have spent a lifetime paying for these programs. Without them, the U. S. predicted population over ten years could decrease by 23 million people. As in Russia, the wealth of individuals and the nation is taken by oligarchs, made wealthy by financial fraud and obscene privatization of national services and assets (e. g. oil). Putin’s collusive banks launder money to implement Dugin’s designed assault on America. (Trump helped him.)
